UNBOX-KIDS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of parents and children using our platform.
We may collect parent name, email address, child first name, child age, gender, assessment answers, weekly task submissions, uploaded files, and payment-related information processed through our payment provider.
UNBOX-KIDS does not store credit card or debit card information. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Paymob.
We use collected information to provide child assessments, generate educational recommendations, track progress, manage subscriptions, improve our services, and communicate with parents.
Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for providing accurate information about their children.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with authorized specialists, selected schools approved by parents, service providers, or payment processors when necessary.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
Parents may request account deletion by contacting us. Some data may be retained where required for legal, payment, or operational reasons.
